Secondly, the value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the high quality standards. Lastly, the staff were friendly and efficient, always putting the customer first. Their attention to detail and willingness to cater to specific dietary requests, such as gluten-free options, really impressed me.

The hotel is just a short 2-minute walk from the Belle Etoille chairlift, making it incredibly convenient for lazy skiers like myself. The public areas, including the bar and restaurant, were tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The food in the restaurant was superb, exceeding all expectations. I must mention that the staff, especially Caroline, were not only professional and efficient but also extremely kind and helpful when my husband injured himself. The hotel also had a warm and inviting swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The breathtaking view from the hotel added to the overall experience, making it even more memorable. Despite a minor drawback of our room being situated above the night entrance and smoking corner, which resulted in a smell of cigarettes in our room, I would definitely consider returning next season. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay.
